Reduce Your AI Exposure
This may be a lost cause, but this post provides some guidance for disabling AI features in certain products. This instructions may not be complete and the vendors are likely to add additional features and obfuscate them. Note also that anyone who accesses your data, such as a forwarded email or shared document, may not have disabled these features. I highly recommend moving personal communications to secure technologies such as Proton.
